The LIVE2THRIVE Program is available to eligible patients who are taking an eligible Nestlé Health Science pancreatic enzyme prescription (Zenpep). Talk to your doctor to find out which pancreatic enzymes are eligible for this program.
The LIVE2THRIVE Program is not available to patients without commercial prescription drug insurance or patients who are on Medicare, Medicaid, VA, DOD, or Tricare, or participating in any other state or federally subsidized pharmacy benefit program or where otherwise prohibited by law. For those who are eligible, CFCareForward can provide monthly nutritional supplements, multivitamins and co-pay assistance for those who take CREON.
